Watercolor Painting

During this weekly class, local artist Robert Peltzer will help you practice and develop the skills and techniques necessary to enjoy and succeed at watercolor painting. Classes are held every Friday from noon to 2PM in the Cooper room on the Level Four. Robert teaches twice a month, with different artist filling in on other Fridays. This class is open to adults ages 18 and older. There is no fee or registration, but you must bring your own watercolor paper, paints, brushes, and a palette. Questions? ASSIGNMENT FOR FRIDAY MARCH 7
For Friday March 7, watch the monochrome tree painting tutorial below by Javid Tabatabaei. If you keep in mind that branches always get thicker the closer they are to their base, you will be able to make most any tree look realistic. Paint an individual monochrome character tree of your own, and let your own eye and sensibilities guide the results (CLICK HERE)
