This month get an illustrated overview of the conflict known derisively as “Mr. Madison’s War” and approvingly as “The Second War of Independence.” Causes, personalities and war goals of the combatants will be discussed, and how the evolution of strategic situation left results and future ramifications (even affecting Montana) unexpected the war’s proponents.
