Halloween All Under One Roof at MPL

Join the AUOR family for a Spooktacular Halloween Extravaganza at Missoula Public Library! Get ready for a hauntingly good time as we transform our library into a Halloween ghost-land filled with treats, tricks, and tons of fun activities for all ages. Dress up in your most creative costumes and join us for a day of thrilling adventures and eerie excitement! Trick or Treating will take place on Level Four. Check out all the events happening from 12-3 PM throughout the building:

Missoula Public Library:

Halloween Craft: BYOHB (bring your own Halloween Bag) – 12:00-3:00 PM

Location: MakerSpace

Come join us at the MakerSpace to make candy bags for your trick or treaters. Spice up your candy bag with decorations to have the coolest bag on the block. You are welcome to bring your own cloth bag or pillow case. The makerspace will provide paper bags for those that would like one. All ages welcome.

Spooky Story Time and Creepy Crafts – 12:00-3:00 PM

Location: Imaginarium on Level Two

Make time during the Halloween Festivities to sit and enjoy spooky stories read aloud.

Enjoy face or hand painting by Ann Karp – 12:00-3:00 PM

Location: Level 2 near Families First Learning Lab’s classroom

Spooky Pop-up Performance by Curtains Up! Company – 12:45 and 1:15 PM

Bat Crafts and Bat Facts! – 12:00-3:00 PM

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of bats by creating your own bat ornament and learning amazing facts about bats!

Halloween Photo-Op Selfie Snaps – 12:00-3:00 PM

Location: MCAT

MCAT will provide a scary graveyard in our studio and a photo backdrop for ghoulish selfies at their front counter.
