Movement Class with Gyrotonic Missoula

A flowing, low-impact class taught by Certified Trainer Kate Jordan Augusto. Based on the foundational exercises of the GYROKINESIS® Method, this unique class is intended to strengthen and mobilize the spine and joints, as well as calm the body through a seamless sequence of movement and breathing patterns. No experience or equipment is required. Class limited to 15.
